The major challenge was to adapt the existing structure to accommodate the new store in a cost-effective way while ensuring all legal requirements and the client’s specific needs were met. In addition, we created a standardized store design with clear requirements and a cohesive visual identity, ensuring consistency across all similar stores. This approach not only improved efficiency but also enhanced the brand’s presence in the market.
