This project involved the construction of a completely new hardware store retail center. A significant challenge was the poor existing land conditions, which required extensive consolidation work beneath the building’s foundations. To address this, we used piles to reinforce the foundation and ensure stability. Additionally, the exterior platform was also reinforced to support the structure, ensuring a solid and durable foundation for the entire building.
