The existing Oncology Department was significantly undersized, with a capacity of only 31 beds, falling short of meeting both patient demand and current medical infrastructure regulations. To address this critical gap, a new oncology hospital was developed, offering increased capacity and state-of-the-art facilities.

The structural system includes a basement and general slab foundation, with the main structure built from reinforced concrete frames. A standout architectural element is the relaxation area, constructed using steel structures shaped like trees, which has become a symbolic feature of the entire clinic and enhances the healing environment.

One of the key challenges during development involved addressing construction issues from earlier phases. Due to poor execution, a technical assessment was required, followed by structural reinforcement works to ensure the safety and integrity of the building during ongoing construction.
