The project focuses on the design of an office building alongside complementary spaces, including technical areas and parking lots, ensuring a functional and efficient layout.
The infrastructure includes a basement with a slab foundation and marginal concrete walls, creating a rigid spatial element that efficiently absorbs and transmits both gravitational and seismic loads from the superstructure to the ground, ensuring safety and stability.
The main structure is composed of structural walls designed to absorb seismic forces, complemented by rigid concrete frames for added strength and durability.
One of the primary challenges faced during the project was the slab design, which incorporated prestressed reinforcement to allow for large spans that accommodate open office spaces without the need for additional columns.
