The theater building is designed with a height of S+P+1E+2R (basement + ground floor + first floor + two levels), featuring a complex structural design.

The structural system consists of reinforced concrete walls, arranged around the stairwells and the stage tower, as well as in the area of the loggia in the main hall and around the perimeter of the building. These walls are complemented by an orthogonal grid of reinforced concrete frames, including columns and beams.

The floor slabs are made from reinforced concrete, using both traditional methods and a precast slab solution for areas with large openings. The roof above the stage tower is designed as a metal structure, featuring trussed steel beams and IPE steel beams.

Given the challenging foundation soil conditions, an indirect foundation system was chosen, consisting of a general raft foundation with piloting. The basement extends below the hydrostatic water level, which required the creation of a waterproof enclosure and an efficient water drainage system during the construction phase.

One of the main challenges of this project was the integration of multiple structural solutions into a single building, ensuring both efficiency and ease of execution while addressing the specific needs of the theater’s design.
