The office building in Iasi was designed to serve as a business incubator, providing space and resources for emerging businesses to grow and thrive.
The infrastructure includes a half-basement with a slab foundation, reinforced by structural concrete walls at the core, creating rigid spatial elements for enhanced stability.
For the main structure, structural walls in the core and rigid concrete frames were used to ensure durability and flexibility. The slab design utilizes reinforced concrete, providing a strong foundation for the office spaces and supporting the long-term use of the building.
