Refurbisment works for obtaining the ISU certificate

This project aims to obtain the Fire Protection Certificate (Autorizație de Funcționare ISU), ensuring the building meets all fire safety regulations. We have conducted a technical assessment study, identifying the necessary fire protection measures, which are now being implemented. The ongoing work includes the construction of fire-resistant partitions, upgrades to the electrical system, and the installation of smoke detection, sprinkler, and hydrant systems, among other essential fire safety improvements.
