Refurbisment works for obtaining the ISU certificate

The goal of this project was to obtain the Fire Protection Certificate (Autorizație de Funcționare ISU). To achieve this, we conducted a technical assessment study, identifying the necessary fire protection measures to bring the building and its mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems into compliance with safety regulations. The implementation phase included the construction of fire-resistant partitions, upgrades to the electrical system, and the installation of smoke detection, sprinkler, and hydrant systems, among other fire safety improvements.
